Chemker series are acid, alkali and organic solution resistant vacuum pump that can apply to various applications. all wetted parts are made of PTFE material; the outer case is processed with squeeze-casting alluminum and anti-rust treartment. Air driven diaphragm will fit to test variety of corrosive gases.

Chemker series are designed under cosideration of freindly operation by using innovative mechanical technology and by following Rocker series' low-noise design only at 50dB to make user free from noise pollution in laboratory. The oil-fre design will help to lower both cost and time on maintenance. To consider the safety, chemker series pumps are all equipped with a thermal protection device that will automatically shut down and won't resume operation until the temperature cool down.

  Note:
In case of any corrosive liquid sucked into the pump, please ensure to draw out it as soon as the test is finished in order to keep the pump from the damage caused by corrosive liquid soaked inside the pump for long time.

Always ensure to draw in clean air by keeping running the pump for at least 2minutes after the operation ends to prolong the pump's lifetime.
